The Monte Perdido Extrem Trek is one of the most spectacular trails in the Pyrenees. The trek goes around the Monte Perdido massif, known in Aragonese language as “As Tres Serols”, the highest limestone massif in Europe, with its highest height on the Monte Perdido proper with 3,355 meters.
The Monte Perdido Extrem Trek is a 3 days circular trail of 50 kilometers. A trekking of great hardness due to the mountain terrain through which we will walk, as well as the unevenness that we will find.
The tour begins at the Pineta hut at 1,240 meters, from which it will take us without rest to climb to Lake Marboré and then to the Tucarroya hut at 2,670 meters. Once there, we will cross to France to finish our first day at the Espuguettes hut. Our second day will take us to discover the Cirque de Gavarnie, one of the most spectacular places in the Pyrenees, thanks to the presence of the Great Gavarnie Waterfall, which with its 423 meters is the highest waterfall in France and second in Europe outside of Norway .
From there we will climb a path carved into the rock until we reach the Sarradets hut at the foot of the Roldán pass, from where we will cross into Spain again, gateway to the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park. From there we will hike to the mythical Goriz hut where we will spend the night.
Our last stage will take us to the Collado de Añisclo, skirting the Punta las Olas summit to descend for many meters to the Pineta hut.
The Monte Perdido Extrem Trek is a route of great hardness that is compensated by spectacular places in the Pyrenees.

Day 1: Madrid – Pineta hut (1.240 m)
Day 2: Pineta – Tucarroya hut (2.670 m) – Espuguettes hut (2.030 m)
Day 3: Espuguettes – Sarradets hut (2.590 m) – Roldán Pass (2.800 m) – Goriz hut (2.200 m)
Day 4: Goriz – Collado Añisclo (2.500 m) – Pineta
Day 5: Pineta – Madrid
